AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 79-A
WHICH SAID ORDINANCE WAS L NAC TED AND

AND TO PROVIDE 'FOR RESTRICTION AGAINST THE
SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CONTAINING
MORE .THAN one per cent (loo) OF ALCOHOL BY
WEIGHT AT ANY TIME BETWEEN., ,THE HOURS OF 12:00

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida has heretofore enacted an Ordinance No.
79m: ich provided and restricted the sale of alcoholic
bevera es containing more than one per cent (1f) of alcohol
by- we i ht at any time between" the hours of 11:30 O'clock P0 M.
and 7• 0 O'clock A. M. of the following day and for the pro-

hibiti n of such places of business which were licensed to sell
any al oholic beverages containing more , than one per cent (1%)
of ale hot by weight from being open for the transaction of any

WHEREAS, it appears advisable of the City Council H

NOW: THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AND ENACTED RY THE
CITY C UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS AS FOLLOWS®
Section 10 That it shall be unlawful for any
person party, firm, or corporation to carry on and transact

the business of the sale of alcoholic beverages containing
more t n one per (1%) of alcohol by weight at any time
betwee the hours of 12:00 O'clock P.M. and 7:00 ..O'clock A.M.

make s le of any such alcoholic beverages containing more . than
one, pe cent (1%) of alcohol by weight at any time between
