City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, 'Flor - r ida, as the same ap_.ears in the Official Minute Book of the City V Council -No. 13, page 145, is hereby repealed, and is rondered .of no force and affect as of the date of this Ordinance becoming law. Section 2. - The following words, terms,, and phrases, when used in- this Ordinance shall be construed to have the same meaning as hereinafter defined: V V . V a. Garbage shall be held and construed to mean every refuse , kitchen,' shop, store or•. factoLy accumulation of animal, fruit, or vegetable matter, liquid or otherwise, that..attends 'ithe preparation, use or cooking, dealing in or storage of, meats, ;fish fowl, fruit or vegetables, • .and ,any bottles, cans or other contain- era .which, due to their ability to retain water,. may serve as , breeding' places for mosquitoes or other water breeding insects • b. Trash shall be held and construed to mean an , and all paper bags, sacks, cartons, wooden or paper boxes, sweepings and all other accumulation of any nature other than garbage which are usual to housekeeping and to the operation of stores, offices, and other bu-iness places. c. Dwelling unit shall be held and construed to mean. any and all places where persons live and reside and where the- usual housekeeping tasks are performed. . d. Business shall be held and construed to bean a: . commercial or industrial establAshr::ent or enterprise. That the City Clork shall refer all delinquent - accounts for garbage and trash collecton to the Welfare Board, as the same has been appointed' by the City Council, and that i'f said Welfare. Board should find that the user of, such garbage, and trash collection service is indigent and is unable •to ray for such services, that the services will not be discontinued.
