AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE ERECTION OR INSTALLATION OF TV TOWERS IN
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE INSPECTION AND APPROVAL OF SUCH
TOWERS, R UIRING.A. PERMIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SUCH TOINERS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN TONERS, AND ALLOWING ANY DISSATISFIED
O'VNER THE RIGHT OF APPEAL FROM ADVERSE DECISIONS OF THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA:
Section 1. It is unlawful for any person, which tern shall include any
assooiatioa of intivi1ua1s or corporation, to erect, or install a TV Tower,
any type or style, without first securing a permit therefor.
Section 2. The owner shall- pay the sum of $1.00 for such permit.

shall be approved by the City Electrical Inspector, who is hereby empowered
to condemn any defective, or otherwise dangerous installation.

Section 5. Violations of this Ordinance shall be punished by fine of

ANTENNAE, AND REQUIRING A PERMIT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SUCH TOWERS AND ANTENNAE
AND AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF CERTAIN T0WERS, AND ALLOWING A DISSATISFIED O'VNER
THE IGHT OF APPEAL FROM ADVERSE DECISIONS OF THE ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, AND FIXIN A

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA:
