ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3
OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AND REPEALING
CERTAIN AMENDMENTS THERETO, GOVERNING THE MANNER OF
DISTRIBUTION OF WATER BY THE CITY WATER SYSTEM OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AND FIXING THE CHARGES
THEREFOR:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, as follows :
Section 1 . That Section 2, sub—section c . of" Ordinance
C./,. No . - 3- is hereby amended to read as follows : "For any next
quantity between four and ten thousand gallons used in any
one month : $ . 25 per thousand gallons . "
Section 2. That Section 2, sub— sections d. and e. , -
of Ordinance No. 3, are hereby repealled, and made null and
void.
Section 3 . That all other amendments to Ordinance
No . 3 are hereby repealed and 'made null and void.
Section 4 . If any section, clause or provision of this
ordinance shall for any cause be held void and of no effect,
that it shall not effect the validity of the remainder of this
ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its becoming a law, as provided by the Charter of the
City of Zephyrhills , Florida, and shall be effective upon the
next regular reading of t-he meters, subsequent to the passing
of this. ordinance.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its
