ORDINANCE NO. 1
AN ORDINANCE REDUCING THE COST OF LRERMITy: FOR'
INSTALLING A WELL FOR THE PURPOSE OF PUMPING WATER
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS

Section 1. A permit for the installation of a well
for private use within the city limits of the City of Zephyrhill
Florida, shall be reduced from Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) to One
Dollar ($1 . 00) .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its becoming a law as provided by the Charter of the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance No, was read and passed
on its first reading by the City Council of Zephyrhills, Florida
