AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES AND COMPENSATION OF
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO SUB.'SECTION 23, CHAPTER II,, SECTION
2&-®1 , GENERAL POWERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ' OF THE CITY OF
Z PHY.RHILLS., FLORIDA, AS. FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . Whereas, the City Charter of the City of
Z phyrhills, Florida, prescribes that the City Council shall
h ve the duty of fixing the salaries of the officers and employees
o the City;
Now, therefore, be it ordained that :
(a) The Chief of Police of the City of Zephyrhills
S. all be paid $62.50 as a. weekly salary.
(b) The City Clerk of the City of Zephyrhills shall be
p id.. the sum of $325. 00 per month.
(c) The Mayor of the city of Zephyrhills shall be paid
tie sum of $300. 00 per " year:,
(d) Each of the duly elected and qualified councilmen
s all be paid the sum of $100. 00 per year.
