ORDINANCE. NO. / 2/
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITNG THE MAINTENANCE OF cf
HOUSE TRAILERS. OR AUTOMOBILE TRAILERS ON
PRIVATE LANDS. WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills, as well as private
enterprises, are desirous of providing trailer parks for public
use; and
WHEREAS, the City Building Code restricts and sets forth.
uses for which property within the City of Zephyrhills may be
, made; and
WHEREAS, it is felt that for the safety, comfort and
general welfare of the residents of the City of Zephyrhills,
, house trailers and automobile trailers should not b.e permitted
to locate permanently in areas ,not designated as trailer ,parks ;
. or courts:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS., FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or
persons to live in or dwell in house trailers or automobile trailers
for a period of more than three (3) days. consecutively upon any !
lands located within limits of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,j
unless such lands or premises shall have first been approved and
license issued designating :such .area as a trailer- park, court or,
parking area, -which ,parking 'area shall also be approved by the
Sanitary Department - of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida.
Section 2. Any ,person who violates any provision, of_
this Ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof 'b.e fined, not exceed-
ing Fifty Dollars ($50.00) or imprisonment in the cityjail for
a time not to •exceed thirty (30) days.
Section 3. -This Ordinance shall not be constmued to
affect the usual operation, of the Zoning .Ordinance of the City • f
Zephyrhills.

Secti on 4. If any section, clause or provision of
this ordinance shall for any cause be held void and of no

; effect, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this
ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon it-s becoming .a law, as provided by the Charter ofthe City
