AN ORD-I.NANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF THE CHIEF OF
POLICE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
BE IT ORDAINED B.Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZE.PHYRHILLS as follows :
Section 1 . Pursuant to the Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills providing for the setting of salaries of officers
employed by the City of Zephyrhills, the salary for the Chief
of Police of the City of Zeph-yrhills shall be $75, 00. porwcdk.
Section 2, If any section, clause or provision of
this ordinance shall for any cause be held void and of no
effect , that it shall not affect th.e validity of the remainder
of this ordinance.
Section 3. Thi-s ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its becoming a law, as provided by the Charter of the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance No, was read and
passed on its first rea,ding by the City Council of Zephyrhills,
Florida, on the day of March, 1958.
