ORDINANCE NO. 27
AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES AND COMPENSATION
OF OFFICERS OF THE CITY. OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SUB-SECTION 23, CHAPTER
II, SECTION 22-01, . GENERAL POWERS OF THE. CITY
COUNCIL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Whereas, the City Charter of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, prescribes that the City Council shall have
t�e duty of fixing the salaries of the officers and employees of
the City;
Now, therefore, be it ordained that :
(a) The Chief of Police of the City of Zephyrhills shall be
paid the sum of $ '0 as a weekly salary.
(b) The City Clerk of the City of Zephyrhills shall be paid
the sum of $350.00 per month, effective Monday, April 7, 1958, and
thereafter.
(c) The Mayor of the City of Zephyrhills shall be paid th
sum of $300.00 per year.
(d) Each of the duly elected and qualified councilmen shall
be paid the sum of $100.00 per year.
