• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI

CITY OF ZEPHYRI-ILLS, FLORIDA, as f oilows
• SECTION 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person or persons
to plant, or cause to be planted, shrubbery or trees on property
belonging to the City of Zephyrhill�s, and this ordinance has specific

reference to, but not limited, to, city property adjacent to streets
ai d alley-ways .
SECTION 2 .. Any person or persons who violates the provisions
o this ordinance, shall a on conviction thereof, be 'punished by a
fine of not more than L HUNDRED ($j0 .00) DOLLARS; or by impriso -
m nt in the city jail for not more than SIXTY (60) DAYS, or both.
SECTION 3 . If any provision of this ordinance shall be
d clared unconstitutional or invalidt, it shall not affect any part
of the other provisions of this ordinance, and they shall remain v Llid
a d enforceable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective inur_edi atel
up n its passage in the manner provided in the Charter of the City
of Zephyrhills .
