SECTIcU 4 Violation of Provisions of This Ordinance Unlawful -- It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drive, prop 1, or cause to move any automobile, truck, bus, motorcycle, motor sco ter, or other vehicle upon any of the streets in the city limits of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, in violation of any provision of thi Ordinance; or in violation of any. traffic _sign erected in pursuanc to this Ordinance . SECTION 5 . Penalty:-- Any person ,or persons io violates he .provisions of this Or dinance, or who violates any traffic sign erected in pursuance t ti .is s Crdi nance, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than ONE HUNDRED O100 .00) DOLURS; or by imprisonment ii the City jail for not more than SIXTY (60) DAYS, or both.
