AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND ADDING TO THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE
NO. 88 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING
THE HEIGHT, NUMBER OF STORIES, ,AND SIZE OF BUILDINGS AND
OTHER. STRUCTURES, THE PERCENTAGE OF LOT THAT MAY BE
OCCUPIED, THE SIZE OF ''YARDS, COURTS, AND OTHER OPEN
SPACES, THE DENSITY OF POPULATION, AND THE LOCATION AND
USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, AND LAND AND WATER FOR
TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE AND OTHER PURPOSES WITHIN
THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA#t'
• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
• FLORIDA:
THAT Section 1(a) Establishment of Districts, sub-paragraph
(2) Residential A-2 districts, be, , and is hereby amended to include
the following parcel of land, to-wit:
All that. portion of the Northwest 1/4 of -Section
13, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County
Florida, West of the West right-of-way line of the
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad;
and that sub-paragraph (6) Business and Industry districts, under
• said Section 1(a) be amended to include the following parcel of
land, to-wit:
From the'Northwest corner of Section 13, Township
26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco County, Florida,
run N. 89054137" E. along the North line of said
Section 13, 1174.47 feet to the Easterly right-of-
way line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad for a
POINT OF ' BEGINNING. Run thence N. 28°04107" E.
along said Easterly right-of-way line-, 447.92 feet,
thence S. 4102911311 E. 1219.11 feet, ' thence
S 0°38134" W.' 889.95 feet', thence S. 42046120" W.
1659.09..f eet to the East-West Center Line of said
Section; thence S 89°57133" W. along said East
'West Center Line 1026 .13 .feet,. thence N. 0°0714111 W.
parallel to the West line of said Section 13, -
478.34 feet to the said Easterly right-of-way line
of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad; thence 'N. 28004107tt E.
along said Easterly right-of-way line, 2434.49 feet_
to the Point of Beginning;
bo h of which said parcels are more fully shown and set forth on
Zoning Map of the City of. Zephyrhills Airport property presently
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Zephyrhills,
Florida.
All other parts and portions of Ordinance No. 88 are hereby
re terated, and all portions, of said, ordinance No. 88 with respect
to zoning regulations set forth in said ordinance shall be
applicable to the parcels of land covered by this Amendment to
Ordinance No. 88 in the same manner as that set forth in the

The foregoing Amendment to Ordinance No. 88 was read and
passed on its first reading by the City Council of the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, on theiday of June, 19
