AN AMENDMENT AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, 'T1AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS PROHIBITING
THE USE OF BARBED WIRE ON OR AS A PART OF ANY
FENCE WITHIN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,FLORIDA AND
PROVIDING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREITIITHt1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF. ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA,
THAT;
Paragraph 1 on said Ordinance shall be amended to read as
follows :
1. It shall be unlawful for any person, party, firm,
or corporation to erect, use or maintain any barbed
wire on any fence, or as a part of any fence within
the corporate limits of the city of Zephyrhills,
Florida, with the exception that this ordinance
shall not apply to barbed wire used over and above
the height of six feet from ground level in Com-
mercial and/or Industrial zones.
All other parts and portions of said ordinance No. 65 are her by
re' terated and are to remain in full force and effect.
The foregoing Amendment to Ordinance No. 65 was read and pass d
ori_' its first reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhill ,
Florida, on the /7`day of October, , 1959.
