PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES: IN CONFLICT HEREfn1IT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHRHILLS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS : Section 1: It shall be unlawful for any, person to become or be drunk public, from the use of intoxicating liquors or drugs, within the. corporate limits of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida. Section 2: FIRST OFFENSE Any person upon conviction of the violation of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be punished,' for the first .•offense, by a fine of not more than $25„00 or by imprisonment in the City Jail for of more than 20 days,. or both, such fine and imprisonment within t e discretion of the Municipal Judge of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida Section 3: SECOND OFFENSE Any person upon conviction of the violation of Section 1 o this Ordinance .shall be punished*; upon second conviction for dr eno- ness in the City of Zephyrhills, by a fine of not more than $50..00 or by imprisonment in the City Jail for not more than 30 days, or both, such fine and imprisonment within the discretion of the Municipal Judge of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida. Section 4: THIRD AND SUBSEQUENT OFFENSES Any person upon conviction of the violation of Section 1 this Ordinance shall be punished, after the third and subsequent convictions for drunkenness in the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment in. the City Jail for not more than 60 days, or both, such fine and imprisonment within the discretion of the Municipal Judge of the City of Zephyr• hills, Florida., All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances. in conflict herewith be d the same are hereby repealed.
