AMENDMENT TO .ORD IN NN CE NO. 133
AMENDMENT TO ORDANCE NO 133 ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE DESIGNATING ONE-WAY STREETS ,
THROUGH STREETS, STOP STREETS ; DIRECTING
PLACING AND REMOVAL OF TRAFFIC S IGVS AND
PROVIDING OF PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS , THEREINAFTER PRO-
VIDED, WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF ZEPHYR--
HILLS, FLORIDA. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
H ILLS , FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS :
1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 133, according to
the numbering scheme of the City Clerk of the City of Zephyr- .
hills, Florida, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
2. Section 3 of said Ordinance No. 133, be, and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows :
SECTION 3. Street Committee on streets authorized
to erect and/or remove traffic signs ;---
The Street Committee on streets, be, and is hereby
authorized, empowered and directed to procure and erect,. or
to remove, permanent signs at intersections in conformance
with this Ordinance, and also tlo procure and erect, or to
_ remove, any other traffic signs within the City Limits of
the City of Zephyrhills, as in their judgment they deem proper
or which the City Council may by. subsequent resolution autho-
rize.
All other parts and portions of said Ordinance No. 133
are hereby reiterated and are to remain in full force and
effect.
The foregoing Amendment to Ordinance was read and passed
on its First reading by the City Council of the City of

This is to certify that Ordinance APf1ENDMFKTT .TO ORDINANCE
.NO. 133 has been posted in two public places, namely,
the City Hall and the U.S . Post Office for a period of
fifteen days. The Ordinance was posted in the City Hall
and the U.S. Post Office on September 27, 1962 and
remained posted in said City Hall and U.S . Post Office
until October 31, 1962.
