AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 109
AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 109, EN-
TITLED, " AN ORDINANCE RE-ESTABLISHING
RATES CHARGED FOR GARBAGE AND TRASH REMOVAL
BY THE. CITY OF ZEPHYRHII I'LS , AND AMEND ING AND
REPEALING SECTION 2 OF THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE
HERETOFORE PASSED ,, AS THE SAME APPEARS IN THE
OFFICIAL MINUTE BOOK OF THE CITY COUNCIL NO.
13., PAGE 145. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHI LS,,
FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION I:
That Section III of Ordinance No. 109 according to the
numbering scheme of the City Clerk of the City of Zephyrhills,
Florida, be , and the same is hereby amended to provide that
garbage and trash removal charges due the City of Zephyrhills,
as specified and set forth in said Section III shall be., from
and after the adoption of this. Ordinance, increased by an amount
equal to fifty per cent (50%.) for. the respective monthly charges
therein set forth; and that said Section III is hereby further
amended to the effect that the billing to be made by the City of
ephyrhills shall be made quarterly in advance, commencing July ,
1963.
SECTION II :
All other parts and portions of said Ordinance No. 109 not
in conflict herein are hereby reiterated and shall remain in
ull force and. effect.
The foregoing Amendment to Ordinance No. 109 was read and
assed on its First reading by the City Council of the City of
ephyrhills, Florida, on the 7th day of MAY ? 1963.
