4A1 ORDINANCE NO'. 72
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING "AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRH I LLS , FLORIDA,
ADOPTING A BUILDING CODE FOR THE
CITY OF ZEPHYRH ILLS ; PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF' AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THE SAME SHALL BE SUPPLE-
MENTAL TO ANY OTHER BUILDING RESTRIC-
TIONS OF THE SAID CITY; AND PROVID-
ING FOR THE PENALTY ,FOR THE VIOLATION
OF THE PROVISIONS THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR
HILLS , FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION I :
That Ordinance No. 78 according to the numbering schem
of the City Clerk of the City of Zephyzhillsg Florida, pertai -
ing to captioned subject, be, and the same is hereby amended
to repeal the following part or portion of the Southern Stand rd
Building Code, 1950 Revision, which was adopted by reference
by said Ordinance, Section 107 .4 (b) 1. , said portion being
more specifically described as follows :
" (b) Moving of Building or Structures , 1. For the moving

of any building or structure, the fee shall be $10.00"
SECTION II :
All other parts or portion of said Ordinance No. 78 per-
taining to Southern Standard Building Code, 1950 Revision, be
and the same is hereby reiterated and shall remain in full
force and effect.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its First
Reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Flori La
on the 7th day of May, 1963.
