AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12O, AS
TO SECTION 9 , THEREOF, INCREASING THE
TAXI FARE PER PASSENGER FROM 35¢ PER
PASSENGER TO 50¢ PER PASSENGER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA:
That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 14+0, pertaining
to the rate of charge that taxi cabs shall be allowed to
make under the terms of said Ordinance be and the same is,

hereby, amended as follows :
"SECTION 9. Rate of Charge. The rate
of charge for carrying passengers for
hire under this Ordinance shall be 500
per passenger for a continuous trip
within the corporate limits of the City
of Zephyrhills, with an additional 10¢
for each special stop made for the con—
venience of the passenger. It is further
the intent of the Ordinance, and condi—
tion of the Franchise granted by Section
13, below, that the fares beyond the
corporate limits of the City will be at
the maximum rate of 500 per mile, one
6 way. "
All other portion of of said Ordinance 144, not
herein amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon its
adoption and approval in the manner as prescribed by the
City Charter of the City of Zephyrhills.
