AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 (b)OF ORDINANCE NO. 143, INCREASING THE
CHARGE FOR RESTORATION OF WATER SER-
VICE TO $5.00 DURING REGULAR WORKING
HOURS, AND TO $7.50 FOR RESTORATION
OF WATER SERVICE AFTER REGULAR WORKING
HOURS, AND FURTHER PROVIDING THAT ALL
OTHER PROVISIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE NO.
143 REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, as follows:
That Section 4 (b.), of Ordinance No. 143 is,
hereby, amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 4.. (b). In the event that it becomes
necessary to discontinue supplying of water to any consumer
for failure of said consumer to pay the charges, and subse-
quently said consumer shall pay said delinquent charges, then
he shall be entitled to have said water service restored upon
payment to the City Clerk of aifee of $5.00 as a charge for
restoring service during regular working hours. That the
cost of restoring said service after regular. working hours
shall be in the sum of
That all other terms and conditions of said Ordi
nance No. 143, not herein amended or modified, shall remain i
full force and effect.
