AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX
CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LANDS ADJACENT TO THE
CITY, AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS
FROM THE FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE,
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN
TEN REGISTERED VOTERS, HEREINAFTER PARTIC-
ULARLY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS, FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION I:
That after the expiration of thirty days from the approval
of this Ordinance the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, does, hereby
declare its intention to annex the following tract of land lying
and being situated in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
The West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, in
Section 12, Township 26 South, Range 21
East.
SECTION II:
That the above described tract of land is contiguous to
the City of Zephyrhills and contains less than ten registered
voters.
SECTION III:
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and approve
as required by law, it shall be published once a week for four
consecutive weeks in The Zephyrhills News, Zephyrhills, Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its First
reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
