AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OR])INANCE NO. 150,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
CLEARING AND REMOVING OF WEEDS AND OTHER
NUISANCES FROM LAND, AND PROVIDING PROCEDURE
FOR ENFORCING PAYMENT OF THE COST OF SUCH
REMOVAL; PENALTY. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHIL
A FOLLOWS :
SECTION I :
That, Ordinance No. 150, according to the numbering scheme
o the City Clerk of the City of Zephyrhills, Zephyrhills, Floriday
e titled An Ordinance Providing for the Clearing and Removing of
Weeds and Other Nuisances from LanSl, and Providing Procedure for
E forcing Payment of the Cost of such Removal; Penalty, be and
t e same is hereby amended as follows :
A. That said Ordinance No. 150 is deemed to be supplemental
to Title VII, Chapter I. Section 71. 16 of the City Charter of the
City of Zephyrhills, Zephyrhills, Florida; and that the City may
p oceed under either said Ordinance No. 150 or Title VII, Chapter I,
Section 71.16.
The foregoing Amendment to Ordinance No. 150 was read and
passed on its. First reading by the City Council of the City of
ephyrhills, Florida, on the day of , 1962.
