AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY. OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
'FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX
CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LANDS ADJACENT TO THE
CITY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS
FROM THE FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE;
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN
TEN REGISTERED VOTERS, HEREINAFTER PARTIC-
ULARLY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I :
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
approval and final passage of this Ordinance, the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, does hereby declare its intention to
annex the following tract of land, lying and being situated
in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
That part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 26 South, Range
21 East, lying East of the West right-of-way
boundary line of U. S. Highway 301; That part
of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, Town-
ship 26 South, Range 21 East, lying East of the
West right-of-way boundary line of U. S. Highway
301; and the West 410 feet of the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 26 South, Range
21 East.
SECTION II :
That the above described tract of land is contiguous to
the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10) reg-
istered voters.
SECTION III :
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and approved
as required by law, it shall be published once a week for four
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyrhills, Florida.
