ORDINANCE NO. J
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA, ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS LANDS
ADJACENT TO THE CITY, AND TO CHANGE THE
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS TO INCLUDE THE LAND HEREIN-
AFTER PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, at.
its' regular meeting on June 15, 1962, duly passed upon its '
Third and final reading an Ordinance declaring its intention to,
annex the real property hereinafter described to. the City of
ephyrhills, after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
ate of approval; and
WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have passed from the
approval of said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been duly published for four
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News,, Zephyrhillso Florida,
in the issues of June 29, July 6, July 13 and July 20, 1962,
NOW THEREFORE, be it Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows :
SECTION I:
That the following described real property, being contiquous
to the City of Zephyrhills and containing less than ten (10)
egistered voters, be and the same is hereby declared annexed
to the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, and that the territorial
limits of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, is hereby declared
changed to include the following described parcel of land,.
to-wit:
That part of the NE' 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township 26 South, Range i; \ J
21 East, lying East of the West right-of-way
boundary line of U.S. Highway 301; That part
of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, Town-
ship 26 South, Range 21 East, lying East of the

West right-of-way boundary line of U.S. Highway
301;;nd the West 410 feet of the SW 1/4 of the
Sw 1/4 of-Section 2, Township 26 South, Range
21 East.
SECTION II:
That the City shall have the same power and jurisdiction
ver said parcel of land and the inh4.bitants thereof and the
roperty located therein that it now has over and within the
�resent corporate limits, with the exception that all the prop-'
arty, both real and personal located within the said area shall ',
of be liable for any bonded indebtedness of said City presently !
xisting.
SECTION III:
If any clause, sentence or provision of this Ordinance shall
e held unconstitutional, the remaining portions of this Ordinance
ceI
hall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its First
eading by the City Crn ncil of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
