AN ORD INANCE PROHIB IT"IN a THE MARIR ING,
DEFACING, D ISTRUCT ION-OF; OR INJURY TO
PUBLIC PROPERTY, BELONGING TO THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, AND FIX ING THE
PENALTY FOR THE VIOL A.T ION THEREOF.
E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO.INC IL.OF THE 'CITY OF ZEPHYRH ILLS ,
LORIDA, AS FOLLOWS : -
SECTION I: It shall be unlawful fox any person to mar, mark;
eface, injure or destroy any public property belonging to, or
nder the control of the City of Zephyrhills.
SECTION II: It shall be unlawful for any person to tamper
ith -or molest any public drinking fountain or fire hydrant; to
cut or remove any trees or plants from public parks ; to deface
or remove any street sign, stop sign or light, or tamper with
the same in any manner whatever; or to tamper with or molest
any and all other property belonging to, or under the control
of the City of Zephyrhills.
SECTION III: It shall be unlawful for any person to molest,
inder, obstruct, or delay, any officer or employee of the City
of Zephyrhills, in the normal course of their employment.
SECTION IV: It shall be unlawful for any person to tres-
pass upon any public property owned by the City of Zephyrhills,
or under the control of the City of Zephyrhills,. contrary to :
any duly authorized signs, of the. City, or contrary to any
directions of any officer or employee pertaining to their nor-
mal course of employment.
SECTION V:. Any person, party, firm, or corporation, upon.-
the conviction of the violation of any provisions of this
Ordinance, shall be punished by a fine, not exceeding $100000,
or imprisonment in the City Jail for thirty (30) days, or both.

SECTION VI: If any Section or part of this Ordinance
shall be found to be unconstitutional by a Court of competent
jurisdiction, such shall not affect the remaining portions of
this Ordinance.
SECTION VII: Ordinance Number 46, according to the numbering
scheme of the City Cler1. of the City of Zephyrhills , be, and the
same is hereby repealed..

This is to certify that Ordinance #155 has been
posted in two public places,, namely, the City Hall
and the U.S . Post Office for a period of fifteen
days. The Ordinance was posted in the City Hall and

the U.S. Post Office on September 27, 1962 and remained
posted in said City Hall and U.S . Post Office until
October 31, 1962.
