AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRH ILLS,
FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX
CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LANDS ADJACENT TO THE
CITY AFTER THE EXPIRATION ION OF THIRTY DAYS
FROM THE FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORD INANCE;
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN
TEN REGISTERED VOTERS, HEREINAFTER PART IC-
ULARLY DESCRIBED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
approval and final passage of this Ordinance, the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, does hereby declare its intention to
annex the following tract of land, lying and being situated
in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
The South 402.88 feet of the Southwest
1/4, of Section 2, Township 26 South,
Range 21 East, less the West 410 feet
thereof.
SECTION II:
That -the above described tract of land is contiguous to
the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10) reg-
istered voters.
SECTION III :
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and. approved
as required by law, it shall be published once a week for four
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyrhills, Florida.
