ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,
FLORIDA , DECLARING ITS •INTENTION TO ANNEX
CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LANDS ADJACENT` TO THE
CITY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS
FROM THE FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE:
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN
TEN REGISTERED VOTERS , HEREINAFTER PARTIC-
ULARLY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS , FLORIDA , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I :
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
approval and final passage of this Ordinance , the City of
Zephyrhills , Florida , does hereby declare its intention to
annex the following tract of land, lying and being situated
in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
The North 333.5 feet of the South 736.38
feet of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Township
26 South, Range 21 East, LESS the West
410 feet thereof, Pasco County, Florida.
SECTION II:
That the above described tract of land •is contiguous to
the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10) reg-
istered voters .
SECTION III :
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and approved
as required by law, it shall be published once a week for four
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News , Zephyrhills , Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its First 1
reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills , Florida,
