TO THE CITY, HEREINAFTER PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills duly passed at its regular meeting on , January 2, 1963, upon its third and final reading, an Ordinance declaring its intention to annex real property hereinafter described, to the City of Zephyrhills, after the expiration of thirty days from said date of approval; and WHEREAS, more than thirty days have passed from the ap- proval of said Ordinance; and WHEREAS, said Ordinance has; been duly published four •con- secutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyrhills' Florida,. in the issues of January 18, January 25, and February ],. and February 7, 1963, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR- HILLS , FLORIDA, as follows : SECTION I: That the following described real property being contiguous to the City of Zephyrhills, and containing less than ten regis tered voters, be, and the same is hereby declared annexed to the City of Zephyrhills. Florida, said parcel of land being described as follows : The North 33,3.5 feet of the South 736.3.8 :i,. feet of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 2, Township 26 South# Range 21 East,. LESS the West 410 feet thereof, Pasco County, Florida. SECTION II: That the City of Zephyrhills shall have power and juris- diction over the said area and all inhabitants thereof, and the property located therein, that it now has over and within the corporate, limits, -1- SECTION III : If any clause, sentence or provision of this Ordinance shall e held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction • he remaining portion of this Ordinance shall not be affected nd shall remain in full force and', effect.
