ORDINANCE NO. / /
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS ,
FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ANNEX
CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS' LANDS ADJACENT TO THE
CITY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS
FROM THE FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE;
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAIN ING LESS THAN
TEN REGISTERED VOTERS , HEREINAFTER PARTICU-
LARLY DESCRIBED .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRF !ILLS ,
FLOR IDA , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I :
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
approval and final passage of this Ordinance, the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida, does hereby declare its intention to
annex the following tract of land, lying and being situated
in Pasco County, Florida,. to-wit:
The South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 2, Township 26 South, Range 21
East, Less the South 736.28 feet and
Less the West 410 feet thereof, Pasco
County, Florida.
SECTION II :
That the above described tract of land is contiguous to
the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10) reg-
istered voters .
SECTION III:
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and appro ed
as required by law, it shall be published once a week for four
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News , Zephyrhills, Florid .
