AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR- ..
HILLS , FLORIDA, DECLARING ITS IN-
TENTION TO ANNEX CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS
LANDS ADJACENT TO THE CITY AFTER
THE EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS FROM
ThE FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE;
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS
THAN TEN REGISTERED VOTERS, HEREIN
AFTER PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS, FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION I :
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
approval and final passage of this Ordinance , the City of
Zephyrhills, Florida., does hereby declare its intention to
annex the following tract of land, lying and being situated
in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
All that part of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4; and the South 25.
, feet of the East 3/4ths of the South-
east 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, in
Section 12, Township 26 South, Range
21 East$ lying West of the Atlantic
Coast Line Railroado�
SECTION II :
That the above described tract of land is contiguous to
the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10) regis
tered voters.
SECTION III:
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and ap-
proved as required by law, it shall be published once a week
for four consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyr-
hills, Florida.

reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,,
