AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
H ILLS , FLORIDA , DECLARING ITS INTEN-
TION TO ANNEX CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LANDS
ADJACENT TO THE CITY AFTER THE EXPIRA-
TION OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE FINAL
PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE; SAID TRACT
OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN TEN
REGISTERED VOTERS , HEREINAFTER PART ICULA R-
LY DESCRIBED .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS , FLORIDA, as follows :
SECTION I :
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the approval and final passage of this Ordinance, the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida , does hereby declare its intention
to annex the following tract of land, lying and being
situated in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit :
..- The Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4, less the South 350
feet thereof; and the South 20 feet of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4, Section 10, Town-
ship 26 South; Range 21 East.
SECTION II :
That the above described tract of land is contiguous
to the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10)
registered voters,
SECTION III :
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and ap-
proved as required by law, it shall be published once a week
for four consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyr-
hills , Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its
First reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyr-
hills, Florida, on the ? day ofr / , 196`" .
