AN ORDINANCE- OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRH ILLS
FLORIDA, ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS LANDS , AD-
JACENT TO THE CITY HEREINAFTER PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Zephyrhi�.ls, at
its regular meeting on February 4, 1964 duly passed' upon
its third and final reading, an Ordinance declaring its inten-
tion to annex the real property, hereinafter described, to
the City of Zephyrhills, after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from said date of approval; and
WHEREAS, more than thirty days have passed from the
date of approval of said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been duly published four (4)
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyrhills, Florida,,
in the issues of February 13, February 20, February 27 and
March 5s 1964# therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS , FLORIDA , as follows :
SECTION I :
That the following described real property being con-
tiguous to the City of Zephyrhills and containing less than
ten (10) registered voters be, and the same is hereby declared
annexed to the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, said parcel of
land being described as follows :
The Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4, less the South 350 '
feet thereof; and the South 20 feet of / I
the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4, Section 10, Town-
ship 26 South,. Range 21 East.
SECTION II :
That the City shall have power and jurisdiction over
said area and all the inhabitants thereof, and the property
located therein, that it now has over and within the present
corporate limits .

SECTION III :
If any clause, sentence or provision of this Ordinance
shall be held unconstitutional, the remaining portions of this
Ordinance shall not be affected and shall remain in full force
and effect,
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its First
reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida,
