AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRH ILLS , FLORIDA ,
ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS LANDS , ADJACENT TO THE CITY
HEREINAFTER PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,
at its regular meeting on February 4, 1964, duly passed, upon
its third and final reading, an Ordinance declaring its inten-
tion to annex the real property, hereinafter described, to
the City of Zephyrhills, after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from said date of approval; and
WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have passed from the
approval of said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been duly published four (4)
consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News; Zephyrhills , Florida,
in the issues of February 13,. February 20, February 27,. and
March 5, 1964, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-

HILLS , FLOR IDA, as follows :
SECT ION I:
That the following described real property being con-
tiguous to the City of Zephyrhills and containing less than
ten (10) registered voters be, and the same is hereby declared
nnexed to the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, said parcel of
land being described as follows :
All that part of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 y
of Section 10, Township 26 South, Range
21 East, lying North of the South boundary
line of State Road right-of-way of State
Road No. 54 as it is presently existing.
SECTION I I :
That the City shall have power and jurisdiction over
aid area and all the inhabitants thereof, and the property

located therein, that it now has over and within the present
corporate limits.
SECTION III :
If any clause? sentence or provision of this Ordinance
shall be held unconstitutional.,, the remaining portions of this
Ordinance shall not be affected and shall remain in full force
and effect.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its First
reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhillst Florida #
