AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
HILLS , FLORIDA , DECLARING ITS INTEN-
TION TO ANNEX CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS LANDS
ADJACENT TO THE CITY AFTER THE EXPIRA-
TION OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE FINAL
PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE; SAID TRACT
OF LAND CONTAINING LESS THAN TEN
REGISTERED VOTERS , HEREINAFTER PARTICULAR-
LY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR
HILLS , FLORIDA , as follows :
SECTION I :
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the approval and final passage of this Ordinance, the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida, does hereby declare its:'.intention
to annex the following tract of land, lying and being
situated in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast l/4aad the South 15 feet of
the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4, Section I0, Town-
ship 26 South, Range 21 East, `Pasco
County, Florida. {
SECTION II:
That the above described tract of land is contiguous
to the City of Zephyrhills, and contains less than ten (10)
registered voters.
SECTION III:
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and ap-
proved as required by law, it shall be published once a week !
for four consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyr-
hills, Florida.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on its
First reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills,'
