AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING THE USE OF
CITY PARKS , SWIMMING POOL AND OTHER
CITY OWNED FACILITIES TO THE USE- OF
CITY RESIDENTS ; MAKING IT UNLAWFUL
FOR ANY PERSON TO USE CITY PARKS ,
SWIMMING POOL OR OTHER CITY OWNED
FACILITIES BY NONRESIDENTS , UNLESS
SUCH PERSON IS A GUEST OF A CITY
RESIDENT, CITY OF ZEPHYRH ILLS , AFTER
SAID PERSON HAS BEEN REQUESTED TO
REMOVE HIMSELF FROM ANY CITY OWNED
FACILITY BY ANY CITY POLICE OFFICER
OR ANY OTHER OFFICIAL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS ; AND PROVIDING FOR
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
H LLS , FLORIDA , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I:
That from and after the passage of this Ordinance, it shall
b unlawful for any person to use any City Park, Swimming Pool or
a y other City Facility of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, who
i not a City Resident or a guest of a City Resident, after said
p rson has been requested to remove himself or herself from any
s id City owned Facility by any police officer of the City of
Z phyrhills or by any other officer of the City of Zephyrhills.
SECTION II:
Anyone found guilty of violating this Ordinance shall be
f ned a fine not to exceed $50.00 or imprisonment in the City Jail
f r a period of thirty (30) days or both.
SECTION III:
If any part of this Ordinance is , by a .Court of competent
j risdiction be held to be unconstitutional, such shall not affect
t e validity of this Ordinance.
