ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF
ORDINANCE NO. 176r TO PROVIDE FOR
TWO WEEKS VACATION FOR EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS,, AFTER
TWO YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT, AND
FURTHER PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER
PORTIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 176
TO REMAIN IN FULL; FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ZEPHYRHILLS, as follows :
That Section I of1Ordinance No, 176 be, and the
same is, hereby, amended to read as follows:
"SECTION I. That1from and after the passage of
this Ordinance, employees of the City of Zephyrhills, who
have been continuously employed by the City of Zephyrhills
for at least on.e year, shall be entitled to one week annual
leave per year with pay; and that employees who have been
continuously employed in excess of two years shall be en-
titled to two weeks annual leave per year with pay; the
annual leave shall be considered as earned after each year' s
continuous employment."
That all other portions of said Ordinance No.
176, not herein modified or amended, shall remain in full
force and effect.
The foregoing Ordinance was read and passed on
its first reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyr-
