WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, at its regular meeting on September 1, 1964, duly passed, upon i s third and final reading, an Ordinance declaring its inten- t 'on to annex the real property, hereinafter described, to t e City of Zephyrhills, after the expiration of thirty (30) d ys from said date of approval; and WHEREAS, more than thirty (30) days have passed from the a proval of said Ordinance; and WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been duly published four (4) consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News, Zephyrhills, Florida, i the issues of September 10, September 17, September 24, and October 1, 1964, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR- ILLS , FLORIDA , as follows : SECTION I : That the following described real property being con- I iguous to the City of Zephyrhills and containing less than en (10) registered voters be, and the same is hereby declared nnexed to the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, said parcel of and being described as follows : The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of °.the Southeast 1/4 Qw the South 15 feet of ' r the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 10, Town- ship 26 South, Range 21 East, Pasco 'County, Florida, SECTION II: That the City shall have power and jurisdiction over said rea and all the inhabitants thereof, and the property located -1- t erein, that it now has over and within the present corporate 1 mits.
