AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYR-
fi HILLS, FLORIDA,, DECLARING ITS INTEN-
TION TO ANNEX CERTAIN CONTIGUOUS
LANDS ADJACENT TO THE CITY AFTER THE
EXPIRATION OF THIRTY DAYS FROM THE
FINAL PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE;
SAID TRACT OF LAND CONTAINING LESS
THAN TEN REGISTERED VOTERS , HEREIN-
AFTER PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS , FLORIDA, as follows:
SECTION I:
That after the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the approval and final passage of this Ordinance, the City
of Zephyrhills, Florida , does, hereby,, declare its intentio
the following tract of d lying and being situated

in Pasco County., Florida , to-wit
Tract 1, less the West 50 feet thereof, and
less portion included in State Road Right
of Way, and Tracts 16, 17 and 32, in Section
15, Township 26 South, Range 21 East,. Zephyr-
hills Colony Company Lands , as per plat
thereof., recorded in Plat Book 1., page 55 ,
Public Records of Pasco County, Florida,
subject to utility easements and reservations
of record
AND ALSO
' All that part of Tracts 127 and 128 in Section
10, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, lying
East and South of the present paved County
road, running South and West from Zephyrhills,,
` Pasco County, Florida, as said Tracts are shown
and described on the map or plat of the Zephyr-
hills Colony Company Lands, of record in Plat
Book 1, page 55, Public Records of Pasco County,
Florida , and being a part of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4
of SE 1/4 of said Section 10, Township 26 South,
Range 21 East..
SECTION II:
That the above described tract of land is contiguou
to the City of Zephyrhills ,' and contains less than ten (10)
registered voters.
SECTION III:
That after this Ordinance has been duly passed and
approved as required by law, it shall be published once a
week for four consecutive weeks in the Zephyrhills News,
Zephyrhills, Florida-
The foregoing Ordinance, was read and passed on its
