that Transportation Impact �ees and Recourse Recovery Fees may appiy to the canstruction of new buildings, change ofi

- lf the fill material 'ss to be used in Fioad 2ane "A", it is understaod that a drainage pian addressing a
"compensating volume" will be submitted at time of permitting which is prepared by a professional engineer
licensed by the State of Florida.
- If the fill material is to be used in Flood Zone "A" in connectian with a permitted building using stem wall
construction, I certify that fill will be used only ta fill the area within the stem walf.
- 1f fili material is to be used in any area, 1 certify that use of such fiil wili not adverseiy affect adjacent
properties. If use of fill is found to adversely affect adjacent properties, the owner may be cited for violating
the conditians of the building permit issued under the attached permit app{ication, for lots less than one {1}
acre which are elevated by�II, an engineered drainage plan is required.
