Procedure for Lot Improvement Requests 06 �
(Please refer to the "Rules and Regulations") Permit No t� /+�-
I.Ai( requests are ta go ta the Chairrnan of the Lot Improvement Committee, You can hand deiiver it to the
Chairman or place it in the EPPOA mail bax outside the EPPOA Office. The Chairman will present it to the Lot
Impravement Cammitt�e far their review on a weekly basis.
2.Any request which is NOT filled ou#properly, whi�h includes, compte#e detailed/sicetch or pamphlet
of Park Model to be purchased with pictures, to include footprint, setbacks, front elevation, back
elevation, left&right eievation and must inciude atl sizes and locations af windows and doors,with
length, width and heigh# of the overall structure including calor of siding, trim, shutters, daors and
pavers, (if applicable}, will be returned#o the applicant without an action being taken.
3.The Cammittee wil! review al! requests and visit the site of the request as necessary.
4.After the Committee has recammended approval or denial of#he request, it wil! be presented #o the Board of
Directors for their approval ar deniaE. The ftnal decision of the Board ta approve or deny the request must be
made by at least three (3) directors, ane of which must be the Baard liaison of the Lot Improvement
Committee, if available.
S.There will be NO more ane day appeovals or last minute approvals. Request will take 7 to 14 days for
appropriate review and cansideration, (if necessary� thus giving the Cammittee and Board members time to
review and consider the requsst in a thorough rnanner.
6.The origina! request will be dated and signed as approved or denied, and after being copied the orfgina! will
go into ta the members file and the capy returned to the Lot owner by the Board af Director liaison ar the
Chairman of the committee. . , �
7.The cammittee will follow up an requests to determine that the request as presented and approved is b�ing
adhered to.
8.Any permit will be ACGEP�ED FG?R APPROVAL between October'I5 an+d April 1 of each year, however,
each owner must understand and know there must be enough members of#he Cammittee ta review
and recommend to the Boa�d foc their appraval
9.Any changes made or� a previausly approved project must be resubmit#ed before beginning the
changes.
