I'!I present a recommendation to the City Council on December 14, 2015, once approved by caunci(,we'll send you a canstruction agreement which will be foilowed by a purchase order. Upon receipt of the purchase order,we'll agree on a start date and I'll send over an official notice ta proceed letter. I wauld (ike to submit for an a{ternate peel& stick brand other than Atlas if yau're ak with that? I honestly would not recammend Atlas brand of roofing products and most of our suppliers do not carry Atlas.Atlas has had a rocky raad in the past with some of their products failing in Florida climate and there are a lot of c(ass action law suits against them. Most of my suppiiers da not carry Atlas for this reason and it's for this same reason we do not recommend them. Nopefully it doesn't sound like I'm bashing Atlas, !just dan't want to put my customers in any potential situation knowing there are some better selections.We typicaily use polyglass,Tamco,and Tarco brand peel&stick which would be an approved equal and overal! better product than Atlas.
