The trigger was apparently the total land area of this project and the lack of clarification on my part. In further review of this project and discussions with your staff, the fol ]owing request is being made. We are hereby requesting the withdra��al of the Roticed General Permit application No. 484787 for this project. This facility as constructed 4ras approved by Pasco County on 11/18/82, prior to current drainage requirements. At this time there are five existing available retention areas surrounding the building and parking lots. These retention areas have sufficient storage based on the fact that they are functioning properly even under extreme rainfalls that were recently encountered. The proposed modifications are only a 1 .6:; increase over the existing land use ' allocation, therefore since they are minor, a permit would not be required. Attached is a copy of the existing land use.
