Good Afternoon,
In review of the submitted plans I have found.a problem in regards to the plumbing fixture count.According to
Table 403.1 of the plumbing.section of the Florida Building Code you are required to have 12 women water
- closets, 6 men water closet/urinals and 1 unisex toilet room.These numbers are based on 721 seats as stated on
the plans.You have shown 8 women, 10 men and no unisex.The fixture numbers also must take into account
403.1.1 potty parity. I will be looking forward to your response as to what can be done to comply with the required
fixture count.
