I have reviewed and approved the glans for an interior remc�del located at 37834 Medical
Arts Ct'. under the foliawing conditions. My comments have been placed below. Please
contact�me if you have any questions with regards to my comments:

1. ' Due to the removal and addition af interior walls,t.he fire alarm�nay have been
compramised. A1arm system shall be looked at ta ensure its compliancy afterl -
interior work has been completed. Should it be fa�nd to be cornpliant, a lette
�fram the alarm company shall be presented to Fire Marshal at time of final
;inspeGtion.. Should alarm faund to be non-cornpliant alatm will be braught to
?�ode and panel recertified. �
