AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, MODIFYING THE =---=
MASTER PLAN FOR SILVER OAKS PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT "PUD"; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the owner of Silver Oaks PUD, has requested:-a modification of
same in order to comply with a contract for sale and purchase of a certain parcel located -
in the Northwest section of Silver Oaks, more completely described in the attached
engineering print out, marked as Exhibit "1"; and
WHEREAS,the request to modify the PUD Master Plan does not comprise any =�
additional units, but rather transfer of certain units from existing sections to the proposed
section to be purchased; and 7q"

WHEREAS, the City of Zephyrhills' Planning Commission has approved the
request.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of I'
Zephyrhills, Florida, as follows:
1. That the Silver Oaks PUD Master Plan is hereby modified.

2. - That area "G" on the Master Plan, as depicted on the land use map r1
attached hereto and made a part hereof, heretofore having been designated multi family
and single family residential, shall henceforth be designated multi family residential
3. That 51 units from area "L" on the Master Plan shall be transferred on �,o
area "G", and that henceforth area "G" shall be permitted to develop 225 residential

units, provided that the developer complies with the requirements of the City staff and
Planning Commission.
4. That this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage
and by signing by the Mayor.
The foregoing Ordinance No. ' 01 was read and passed on its first
reading by the City Council of the City of Zephyrhills, Florida, on this l/Y'day of
J42, A.D., 2001.
