Plans were resubmitted and all comments from previous meeting were �
addressed. Plan was approved. i

Three proposed projects were submitted, per our interlocal agreement with !
Pasco County. Staff had no problem with these projects, which were on North '�
16th Street (residential site splitting in two), residential to commercial zoning �
change on Highway 39 and residential to residential (MH) zoning change on 54A. I �

3. Larry�,Miller— Request to vacate Fort King Highway from 301 to 15�' Avenue. i
Larry Miller has asked the city to consider vacating Fort Kin Hi hwa from �

� Highway 301 to 15 Avenue. City staff conceptually agreed to this proposal,
which includes deeding property to the city for retention in that area, just north �
of the Be�st Western Motel. This is to facilitate development of the Giesell {
