1:03 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
� A. General� Provide automatic entrance door systems that have the following capabilities based on testing
manufac,turer's standard units in assemblies similar to those indicated for this Project:
1. Operating Temperature Range: Door operators capable of operating between minus 10 deg F and plus
120'deg F(minus 23 deg C and plus 49 deg C).
2. Maximum Opening Force:
a. Exterior poors: 15 ]bf(67 N). '

1.�04 SUBMITTALS
A. Product Data: For each type of sliding automatic entrance door indicated. Check plans for total number of
automatics,masonry opening sizes and door configurations.
B. Shop Drawings: Include plans, elevations, sections, details, hardware mounting heights,wiring diagrams,
and attachments to other Work. Also, shop drawings indicate that all assemblies meet local area wind load
requirements(minimum 70 mph wind velocity),if requested.
C. Hardware Schedule: Organize schedule into sets based on hardware specified. Include name of item and
manufa�c�turer, and complete designation of every item required for each automatic entrance door. Use
same reference designations indicated on Drawings and Door Schedule.

2.04 COMPONENTS FOR SLIDING DOORS
�A. Sliding Door:
1. Stanley System included full breakaway SO-SX-SX-SO Dura-Glide 3000 with 4-inch muntins and 10-
ineli bottom rails and medium stile doors. Stan-ray Motion Detectors, Dual Stan-Guard Safety
Presence sensor, rivo (2) horizontal holding beams and extra long bottom sweeps. Provide alarm
contact for door position and breakout monitoring in head member.
2. Horton Automatics system shall include Series 2001 belt drive operator with C2150 microprocessor
control. Breakout configuration to be SO-SX-SX-SO. Medium stile door panels to have 4 inch
muntm and 10 inch bottom rail. Package also includes:Motion detectors,dual horizontal photoelectric
safety beams, threshold area presence sensor and extra long bottom sweeps. Provide Series 2001
alarm contracts in head member.
B. Framing Members: Fabricate from extruded aluminum or formedaluminum sheet or plate.

A. The General Contractor and the Sub-Contractor must execute the provided Conformance Submittal for each
produet�specified.
1.OS PROJECT CONDITIONS
A. Mainta'�n a temperature of not less than 72 deg F or more than 95 deg F in spaces to receive floor tile for at
least 48 hours before installation, during installation, and for at least 48 hours after installation, unless
manufacturer's written recommendations specify longer time periods.
l. A$�er post installation period,maintain a temperature of not less than 72 deg F or more than 95 deg F.
B. Install floor tile after other finishing operations,including painting,have been completed.
C. All concrete surfaces that are to receive ceramic tile shall be inspected by the installing contractor,if found
unsatisfactory the work of laying the ceramic tile shall not commence until the defective surfaces have been
made satisfactory. Beginning work constitutes an acceptance of the base concrete flooring.

1. Slab substrates are dry and free of curing compounds,sealers,hardeners,and other materials that may
interfere with adhesive bond. Determine adhesion and dryrtess characteristics by performing bond and
moisture tests recommended by flooring rnanufacturer.

1. Install tile materials in accordance with ANSI A137.1, ather referenced ANSI and TCA specifications,
