1. Victory Terrace Apartments—Final Site Plazi i,
Staff reviewed the revised site plan submitted by Ed Rogers for the proposed apartments that will�'e
located on the west side of Airport Road and south af South Avenue. Staff visited all��ssues that were
raised from the previous meeting. The following remaining comments shall need to be addressed:
• $15Q.00 revised site plan review fee;
• A blanket easement shou�d be provided for the prapased utilities;
• Staff recammends that��ze future addressing be assigned to the proposed road at
will run through the apartments (possibly Victory Tenace Lane); ��
• The engineer should caordinate with Norman Grahm with the City to ensure that
the praposed trash compactor is serviceable by the City's trucks; �I . I .
• The proposed fire hydrants need to be modified to not exceed a ma�mum distance
of 500 feet separation;
• The a licant should shaw the lacation and t e af recreation am�I ities ro osed;

2. Ben's Gar Wash—Final Site Plan , �

A revised site plan was submitted showing a minor modification to the Ben's Car Wash site plan.
The anly change to the plan was that a handicap space was added. Staff appraved tiie revised site
plan with the condition that a copy of the SWFWMD pernut be submitted. I
