Listed below are the Fire Safety items that need to be addressed in order to bring your business i
in compliance with the Standard Fire Codes. I
1. Dining area needs emergency lighting. They should be placed in order to light the E
exit paths.
2. Install fire stat for air conditioning unit
3. All exit lights to be in working order.
4. Emergency lighting in kitchen area and the second exit hallway.
5. Second exit door swing should not open in direction of the exit way path.
6. Install smoke detector system for Dining, Kitchen and Hallway areas. E
7. The 90 minutes fire wall must have a rated ceiling.
8. Approved hood suppression system.
9. Approved fire extinguishers in Kitchen and Dining areas.
