Item #4: Sheet #3- Delete walls around air compressor. • Item #5: Sheet #3- Delete circular stairs. Item #6: General note on the fire wall. Extend 5/8" type X' drywall to roof deck and wall sheets (both sides) . • Extend 5/8" type "X" drywall between truss joists to deck • between first and second floor. Item #7 : - Sheet #4- Delete the balcony and railing on second floor and add firewall to roof deck in place of railing. • Install the fire rated door at head of stairs. Add landing at top of steel stairs. Item #8: Sheet #3 & #9- Change storage closet to mechanical room and relocate electrical main panel and phone system r • controls to mechanical room. • Item #9 : Sheet #3- Add floor drainage system to hangar area. Specifications as follows: A. Add 3/4" high thresholds with fuel resistant caulking at doors #2, #4, #7, & #15. B. Ad 3/4" marble thresholds at doors #6 & #9 . C. Modify the 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" trench drain by piping ► it into the holding tank at the rear of the building. E. Install a 3" floor drain at the low point in the - hangar floor and pipe it to a 300 gallon oil trap holding tank at the rear of the building. F. Add 300 gallon holding tank with oil separator and vent pipe. Tie entire system into main sewer system. See attached sketch. Item #10: General Note- Add 4 smoke detectors in the storage area of the second floor. Item #11: Install fire -extinguisher per NFPA 10. Item #€12 : Sheet #4- Change door in storage up stairs to out swing.
