Dear Randy:
I have reviewed your fax (see attached sketch) - . of the property
owners revisions.- to the building layout on the above referenced
project. It is my understanding that the building was shortened
due to property constraints and some of the non-load bearing
interior walls have been modified.
The revisions a-re structurally`-acceptable as long .as _the exterior
block walls are reinforced with #5 rebars placed in poured cells
per the following specifications:
Place a #5 vertical rebar_.in poured cell s`, in "the block walls
at all building corners, on each side of all window & door
openings and at 81-011 on center (maximum) in between.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please give me
a call.
